Sep 12, 2016 · Basically what I'm trying to do is rotate and move the character based on the directional buttons [AWSD]. I'm pretty sure that I need to take the camera's current forward direction into account since the players sense of direction will be based off of it. Appreciate any help. I'm still a noob at the end of the day I suppose.

I don't want my arrow keys and WASD to do the same things, I want my arrow keys to rotate the player whereas WASD actually move him up down right and left. The problem is that the up, down, right and left direction that he moves in should be relative to where he is facing instead of the world.
